And it is time for a SNEAK PEEK!! This set is call Flurries and has some gorgeous snowflakes and a coordinating die set!
I have started making my Christmas cards but I must confess I only send the handmade ones to people I know really appreciate them.  The cards take so much time and I know everyone of you crafty friends put your heart into each card you make!
My design steps:
  1. Start with an A2 white card base plus a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of metalic copper card stock glued the the white card base.
  2. Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 inch piece of white card stock and place the matching dies to the Flurries set onto the white card stock as shown and cut.  Glue to the front of the copper card stock
  3. Stamp 3 of the snowflakes from the Flurries set and emboss with WOW Rose Gold powder cut out with coordinating dies
  4. Pop dot the snowflakes over the openings
  5. Stamp the sentiment and emboss with WOW Rose Gold
  6. Add the turquoise sequins and add the copper cord

Sweet Snowman - Scrapping Cottage

Hello to our Scrapping Cottage Friends,

I am using one of our cutest new release dies.  It is only a few months away before we have to send out our Christmas cards.  So I really had to get started!

Using the Sweet Snowman die cut out all of the pieces using, pink, red, brown, black, blue and white card stock

Before completing the assembly of the snowman use ink and copics to shade the pieces
Glue all of the pieces together
Cut a white card base and then a piece of blue card stock 4 1/8 x 5 1/4.  Glue the blue to the white card base.  Cut a piece of DP 4 x 5 1/8 and glue to the blue
Cut out 2 of the the Merry Christmas dies on blue card stock and glue them together
Pop up the snowman onto the card front and glue the Merry Christmas flat to the card

Add some snowflake shaped sequins to the front and your card is finished

Lookin' Sharp - Pink and Main

Good Morning Pink and Main Friends

It is Pam from Stamper at Heart sharing with you today!  I love using sentiments that are fun and the new Sticky Note set has some really clever sentiment along with some great cacti images.

  • Use a cream A2 card base
  • Add designer paper from the new Pumpkin Spice paper pad which you cut with the Rounded Rectangle Stitch dies
  • Use the Scallop Hexagon for the center and the plain Hexagon for the inside
  • Sponged the inside using a light rust colored ink with the die still in place
  • Stamped the cacti from the Sticky Note set and colored with copic markers
  • Cut the cacti with the coordinating die set and mount to the sponged hexagon
  • Stamp the sentiment from the Sticky Note set in Versa Mark and emboss in black
  • Staple the sentiment to the DP and glue the entire panel to the front of your card

Little Birdie Hello - Dare 2B Artzy

Good Morning Artzy Fans!

I love the paper that we have in the store.  It is double sided and very whimsical.  So I decided to show some of it off by doing a curtain fold.  This is a good way to use all of that wonderful double sided paper.  I don't know about you but I hate deciding which side to use especially when both sides are so cute!

I started off with an A2 white card base.  Cut a piece of navy card stock 5 1/4 x 4 1/8 and embossed with swiss dots.  Next cut a piece of paper 3 x 4 inch from the Fields of Joy Variety Pack and glued it to the top of the card.  Using the back of the left over paper do your curtain fold.  If you go on Youtube you will find a ton of great videos on how to make this fold.  Here is just one.   After completing the fold I added it to the card and used a strip of DP across the top.  The strip is actually from that same piece of paper!

The last step was to stamp the little bird from the Joyful Noise set and color with copic makers B91, 45, 97 - R14, 17. Add the sentiment from the Perk Up stamp set and the card is complete.

hey ghoulfriend - Pink and Main

Hi Pink and Main Fans!

I just can't resist the new Spooktacular stamp set!  I love all the fun Halloween images and sentiments!

I used a black card base with layers of purple and designer paper.  I added a strip of purple designer paper layered on black.  Next add the ribbon and cheese cloth for some texture.  The image is colored with copic markers and layered on top of the Pink and Main stitched circle die.

Sweet Chickadees - Scrapping Cottage

Good Morning Scrapping Cottage Friends!

I am giving you a peek at one of the new release birds.  They are the cutest little group of birds I have ever seen!  I chose to make a card using the Chickadee!

Design Steps
 I stamped and colored the birds with copics: E00, 30, 31, 34, 35, 37, 39, 44, 49 - Y21, 26 - G24 - R00, 46, 59.  I used the coordinating die set to cut out the birds
Use an A2 red card base, cut a slightly smaller piece of white card stock and glue to card.  Cut a piece of DP to layer onto the white.  Use the Cross Stitch Circle set to cut out a 3 1/4 inch DP circle

Glue all the layers to the front of the card then pop up the circle to the left side of the card and pop up the birds on top of the circle.  Add a sentiment and the card is complete

Halloween is Coming - Pink and Main

Good Morning to All!

Praying for all who have been affected by the hurricanes

Michelle, owner of Pink and Main, has released the cutest set for Halloween called Spooktacular!  It has 4 adorable images plus 6 fun matching sentiments.  And if that isn't enough there is a matching die set!

I made this card with a side acetate window using Pink and Main Not to Spooky Paper Pad.  I put a little monster on the outside and the inside of the card.  I colored with my copic markers and added the boo with my label maker.  The little bats are also included in the set along with a little spider!  To finish the card I added a tulle bow.
