Fox Friends

Hello Everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your family and friends.  I can't believe that 2020 is just around the corner.  I don't know where time goes.  It seems like the older I get the faster time goes.
While there is a few days before we have more celebrations  I am making a few winter cards.  The cards I am making can be used for a variety of things such as thank you, birthday or just a hello.  I often leave the insides blank so that I can add the sentiment as I need the cards.
Design Steps:

 1.  Use the Arctic Baby Foxes die and cut all of the pieces out of white
 2.  Color all the pieces with your markers and assemble the baby foxes
 3. Using the second from the Largest Crossed Stitched die cut out a DP and then cut out a white circle using the same die.  To cut the white circle down I used the Largest Pierced Rectangle die and placed it across the circle and cut to get the pierced snow.  Glue the two pieces together and add the foxes
 4.  Cut a piece of white card stock 4 x 5 1/4 and add the ribbon
5.  Cut a piece of DP 3 7/8 x 4 1/2 and on top glue a white embossed piece 3 3/4 x 4 1/4.  Glue this piece to the white card stock with the ribbon.  Then add the DP circle with the foxes and the sentiment

Polar Bear Fun!

Hello Friends!

I have a few cards that I am making for winter birthdays.  Luckily my birthday calendar is pretty empty in this busy month!!

I am using the Arctic Polar Bear and Cub die and as you can see it makes a very sweet card!

Directions:
 1.  Using the Arctic Polar Bear and Cub die cut the pieces out of white. And for the Evergreens use the Arctic Snowy Trees die and cut the pieces out of white and green

2.  Assemble the trees using your markers to color the trunks
 3.  For the background use a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of blue glitter card stock, the sky is a piece of DP cut 3 3/4 x 5 and the snowbanks are cut free hand out of white glitter card stock

4.  Glue the pieces to the blue glitter card stock and then to the A2 white card base.  Add the trees and the polar bears to the snowbanks

Polar Bear Fishing!

Hi Everyone!

We are less then 2 weeks from Christmas and I am finishing up a few more cards.  I have mailed most of my cards out because they go cross country!!  As soon as I finish up a few things we pack up and head up to Ohio for Christmas.  We spend most of our Christmases there because my brother and sister still live in my home state.  I have one other sister who lives in New York and I am hoping she will make it down to Ohio for our celebration!

Today,  I am continuing to use our little critters from the Arctic Animals release.  They can be used in so many different ways.
Design Steps:

 1.  Cut all of the pieces out of white card stock using Polar Bear Fishing die
2.  Color the pieces using your favorite markers.  I used my Copics
3.  Assemble the pieces using a fine tip quick dry glue such as Combo
4.  Place dimension square on the back or you can use dimension tape also
5.  Using the Nested Stitched Scallop Rectangle die (the largest one) cut out a piece of glitter blue card stock and a piece of water DP 3 x 4

6.  Glue the water DP to the glitter rectangle and then pop on the fishing polar bear
7.  For the base use a white A2 piece of heavy card stock and cut a piece of snowy DP just slightly smaller then the base.  Add the scalloped rectangle with the polar bear plus your sentiment and your card is complete

Design Steps:
1.  Cut all the pieces out of white using the Husky w/ Sled die.
2.  Color and shade all of the pieces using your favorite markers.  I used Copics

 3.  Assemble the Husky and his sled
 4.  Using the Arctic Polar Bear and Cub die cut the pieces out of white card stock
 5.  Color and shade the pieces with your markers
 6.  Use a white A2 card base, cut out a piece of blue card stock just slightly smaller then the  front of the card and then cut a piece of DP slightly smaller then the blue.  Cut a piece of white glitter card stock 2 x 5 1/4.  Glue the DP to the blue card stock and the white glitter card stock to the center of the DP
 7.  Place dimension squares to the back of the dog and sled
8.  Pop the die cut to the glitter card stock as shown.  Using the Expressions Let it Snow die cut it out twice using purple card stock.  Glue the pieces together and add to card as shown below.  I added Glossy Accents to the words
