Bitten By the Bug 2 - Father's Day

Monday's Bitten By the Bug 2 Challenge!

Hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing weekend.  I sure enjoyed mine I taught my card making  class at Hobby Lobby.  I have such a lovely group of ladies coming to my class.  It is so much fun!

Today our DT Sister at Bitten By the Bug2 has selected Father's Day as our challenge.  So I decided to make a peaceful day at sea! I used the cartridge Just Because.  I inked the edges of the sails and sun with TH vintage.  Embossed the background with a cloud folder from Sizzix and added stickles and raffia to finish it off!

Creative Knockouts Challenge - Die Cut and Punch Frenzy

Good Morning I hope everyone is doing well!  Our Challenge from Creative Knockouts is to use our die cuts or punches.  Our sponsor is a Day for Daisies.

For my card I used the image called Buddy.  I used 3 circle punches for the sentiment and a corner rounder.  The copics I used are listed: Dog and Boy's Hair E23,25, 27 - Pants B28, 69 - Shirt R46, 59 - Grass G2, 24, 94 - Flowers R46 - Skin E00, 02 - Sky B0000, 000, 00, 01.

Bitten by the Bug 2 - Altered Cricut

Good Morning and welcome to the BBTB2 Challenge!

Our design team sister Laura has put together a wonderful and fun challenge!

 For this challenge, you can use anything from paints, inks, modge podge, glitter and glue or simply use colored pens or markers. The diecut theme is up to you. 

Here is my project -- a cricut peacock feather from Art Nouveau!

For my altered cut I decided to use a navy ink and sponged my feathers rather randomly then did the same with some stickles glitter!
