Perfect Blend

Hello Pink and Main Friends!

In a short period of time I have a ton of Anniversaries coming up.  So I thought I would get a head start making a few cards ahead of time!  The set I picked is called the Perfect Blend.

Design Steps:
  1. Start with a white A2 card base.  Using the largest Rounded Rectangle Stitch die cut out a piece of purple card stock and glue it to the front of the card
  2. Cut out a slightly smaller piece of Pink and Main plaid DP from the My Heart and glue it to the purple card stock
  3. Use the 3rd largest Rounded Rectangle Stitch die and cut a piece of white card stock
  4. On the white card stock mask half of the card and sponge on the pink and then reverse the mask and sponge on the purple.  Glue to the front of the card
  5. Stamp the images from the Perfect Blends set color with copics: RV10, 13, 21 - V15, 17 - BV8 - C0, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 100
  6. Cut the images out with the coordinating dies and pop to the front of the card
  7. Cut a strip of black card stock and stamp with Versa Mark then add white embossing powder.  Glue to the lower half of the card as shown
  8. Add the Pink and Main Glossy Dots and your card is finished!

Teacup! - Pink and Main

Good Morning Pink and Main Friends!

It is a beautiful spring day here in South Carolina!  So before I go on my walk I thought I would make this card with soft spring colors.  I used a sketch from a challenge on Splitcoaststampers and also posted it there. I love these colors and patterns together.  It makes a perfect background for that sweet little bunny in the teacup!
Designer Steps:
  1. Use an A2 white card base cut a piece of pink checked DP  from the Spring Flings 6 x 6 Paper Pad  3 1/2 x 4 1/8 and glue to the top of the white card base.
  2. Cut a 2 x 4 1/8 piece of green dotted DP from the My Heart Paper Pad and glue to the bottom of the card
  3. Cut a triangle from the 6 x 6 Shades of Spring paper pad and glue to the right side of the card
  4. Using the Lacy Border dies cut out a white flower border 1/2 x 4 1/8 and glue between the pink checked paper and the green dotted paper
  5. Using the Pink and Main Scallop Circle dies cut out the circle and glue to the card as shown
  6. Stamp the bunny using the Perfect Blend stamp set and color with copics: W1, 2, 3 - RV13, 21, 23 - YG21, 23, 25
  7. Use the coordinating dies to cut out the bunny
  8. Stamp the sentiment using the Perfect Blend stamp set and layer onto green dotted paper

Together! - Pink and Main

Hello Pink and Main Friends!

I needed a Valentine card with a more masculine feel for my hubby so this is what I came up with!
The card features our new Double Stitched Heart dies and our word die Together.  It also has a matching Together Forever stamp set.

Design Steps:
  1. Use an A2 white card base and cut a slightly smaller piece of DP from the 6 x 6 My Heart paper pad.  Use the second from the largest Double Stitched Heart Die and center it onto the DP and cut. Save the heart to glue on the inside of the card
  2. Add the ribbon and glue the DP to the front of the card
  3. Use a piece of coordinating colored card stock and cut out the solid colored hearts using the Double Stitched Heart dies.  Run the two smaller hearts through an embossing folder
  4. Glue the large card stock heart to the opening in the center of the DP and position the two smaller ones as shown
  5. Using black card stock cut out the Arrow using the Directional Border die set.  Cut the arrow in half and tuck it under the large heart as shown
  6. Using black card stock cut out the Together 3 times and glue them to one another.  Glue to the card as shown
  7. Stamp the sentiment using the Together Forever stamp set onto black card stock and emboss in white then add the dove tail.  Glue to the card
  8. Add the black sequins and your card is complete
